The mobile phone was a communication device that was created in 1969. You could use this to call people a short distance away, it still uses make things easier. This was created when technology research increased after World War 2. If you were in distress you could be able to call the hospital or a nearby friend. Since the receiver/transmitter was 50 pounds it was very heavy to carry around. Another problem is that only a limited amount of people could use this in a given area.

George Washington has accomplished many things in his lifetime, for instance we helped create America by acting as general of the US army in the war for their freedom. He changed the US by helping make the Constitution which our new government. Also he became the first US president and placed lots of great laws which improved the United States.

At the Battle of Baltimore the British set off bombs for 25 hours. After this battle Francis was inspired by America’s stand and write the Star Spangled Banner.

The Jupiter-C launched America’s first satellite, Explorer 1. It was designed by the von Braun team and built by the army.  It was America’s first success in space which caused a celebration. The Cold War state of geopolitical tension between the Soviet Union and America. This interests me to think that if this was launched because of a war then what would happen if there wasn’t a war.

The Wright brother’s plane has changed technology by open a new era for air transportation. The Wright brother’s believed that they could make an air vehicle, so they tried and tried again until they finally made the very first airplane. This creation aided the world by allowing fast transportation worldwide.

Aviation and spaceflight have changed the world in many ways, like being able to travel half way around the world in less the one day. The water cooled engines impacted the world by cooling off all the heat that is used in the the engine. Without this form of technology the engine can overheat and blow up causing the whole plane to crash..

I observed that there are security guards all around the White House that make sure that no one unauthorized enters. the security has evolved in a dramatic way since Washington was president. First of all no one is allowed inside the gates of the White House except for people who work there. This is a huge difference from when Washington was president because back then people could just walk up to the White House and have a picnic on the grass. Secondly back then Jackson just put a huge block of cheese outside of the White House for the people to eat because this meant that  the White House was also the people house.
